You will need a lining fabric. (fleece, faux fur or something with stretch) Rockywoods fabric under links is a good place to start. You will also need a outer fabric also available at Rockywoods.

Yes, this is paper pieced but is actually 1 block repeated over and over. Let The Shop know what to order for you. Cappuccino is 4 placemats and a table runner. Stepping Stones is a beautiful and colorful quilt. Both are made the same way. As always with a Judy Niemeyer pattern, extra papers can be ordered through the shop to make the quilt larger or to make more placemats.

Paper Piecing: Rocky Mountain Bear Claw Pillow - A fun Paper Piecing Project
The Rocky Mountain Bear Claw is a beautiful pattern for the top of a pillow. Our goal for this class is to construct one block that can be used for a pillow top. After you learn this fabulous technique, there will be enough papers left in your pattern for another pillow and a 4-block table runner. The techniques we will learn are stacking, organizing, paper piecing, curved piecing, and partial seams. In addition to all that, we will have fun. Basic knowledge of paper piecing is helpful. (We are happy to work with beginners for this project)

This tote bag can be used as a carry on for travel, a diaper bag for a gift (or for yourself), a knitting bag, and an everyday tote or anything else you can think of. When I design my patterns, I focus on making it as easy as possible to follow. I take photos every step of the way. The photo illustrations are what make my pattern so “easy to follow”. Shannon from Indiana wrote, “this was my first bag project and I was pretty nervous at the beginning. Your instructions were easy to follow and I would recommend this pattern to others”. Space is limited so sign up now. If we need to, we’ll add another class at another time.
