Longarm Services Pricing

• Edge to Edge Quilting:

• $0.03 per square inch (drop off or stay)

• Dense Designs: $0.04 per square inch

• Ironing: $15

• Sew Backing Together: $15 per seam

• Binding: Prepare binding from provided fabric $0.10 per linear inch, Attach binding $0.15 per linear inch, Attach binding and finish by machine $0.30 per linear inch, Attach biding by machine and finish by hand $0.55 per linear inch. Binding is done base on availability of the team.
• Liability: Wild Oats Sewing Company is not liable for damages caused by machine glitches or issues during the quilting or repair process.

Longarm Service Policies

• Quilt top and backing must be pressed to remove creases/folds. If pressing is needed, a $15–$30 fee applies (based on quilt size).

• Label directional quilt tops/backs with "Top" or "Back" (pin label at center).

• Backing and batting must be at least 4" larger than the quilt top on all sides (8" wider/longer total).

• Bed sheets/fleece as backing are not recommended; please bring a sample if you wish to use them.

• Thread is included in quilting fee. Bringing your own thread requires approval.

Longarm Appointment Cancellations

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

• Deposits transfer to rescheduled appointments.

• Limit: 2 cancellations/reschedules per person with 48-hour notice.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice, late arrivals (15+ min), and no-shows forfeit deposit.

Repair Services & Pricing

• Work Guaranteed: 30 days (please notify us of issues within this period).

• Mechanical Machines: $149

• Serger: $169

• Computerized Machines: $179

• Domestic Embroidery (up to 6x10 hoop): $199

• Large Domestic Embroidery (over 6x10): $249

• Longarm Machines: $299 (+ mobile fees if applicable)

• Multi-Needle Machines: $299 (+ mobile fees if applicable)

• Long Arm Setup: Call for pricing

• Other Repairs: $65/hour (non-warranty/unsupported brands)

• Mobile Service (within 20 miles): $75 call fee

  • $0.63 per mile (over 20 miles, round trip)

  • Contact us for service over 75 miles (extra fees may apply)

  • Please inform us of pets in the home

Heavy Duty Repairs

• Priced per case—please call for details.

One-on-One Training

• $50/hr (your machine)

• $75/hr (store machine; call for availability)
