Learn the Herringbone Technique - Make a Pillow
The herringbone technique is formed by sewing partial seams. If you haven't tried this technique, it is easier than it looks. In class 1, you will make the herringbone sample that you will use as the front of your pillow. Between classes you will do some quilting on this sample, ideas and instructions will be given in class 1.
Class 2, is the construction of the pillow. You will learn how to make and join fabric covered welt cording that is cut on the bias. The pillow is assembled with an overlapping back closure.
