Elephant Abstractions Quilt
Violet Craft is another designer that designs paper pieced patterns. It feels totally different than Judy Niemeyer because there are no templates. But so fun to make. The Elephant is the one I chose for this class. Have fun with it!

Supply list specific for paper piecing:

Elephant Abstractions Quilt pattern By: Violet Craft# VC010
- Add-a-quarter ruler. 12 and 6 inch would be best.
- Scotch tape
- Washout fabric glue pen (Sewline or Fons and Porter brand work best)
- Bring a refill for the above glue pen
- Gallon size zip lock bags (12) and a marker for writing on the bag
- A Purple Thang (any quilt shop will now what you are talking about)
- Clips or large paper clips
- Neutral thread
- Pencil and notebook
- Medium size cutting board
- 24 inch ruler and also a shorter ruler
- Rotary cutter
- Seam ripper
- Sewing machine
- Scissors and whatever else is in your sewing box for classes
