The Tuesday Tote is designed to be simple and quick to sew, making it suitable for beginners or as a fast project for more experienced sewists. It features two color- block designs, giving the finished bag a stylish and versatile look .

The finished dimensions are 10 inches wide, 12 inches high, and 4 inches deep, providing a practical size for everyday use, such as errands, 
grocery shopping, or travel.

Before Class -
Purchase the pattern from Knottedthreads.com. Download and print the pattern.
Read thru the entire pattern. Decide which version you want to make.
Cut out Pattern pieces for the version you want to make.

Fuse woven interfacing to fabric (NOT VINYL)
Fabric – pattern recommends cork/vinyl/faux leather. I STRONGLY suggest you leave
the cork and faux leather for your second tote. Hobby Lobby has a good selection of
vinyl. I would use vinyl for the outside side piece or the outside bottom piece. Cotton
canvas works great for the other piece. The lining can be quilting cotton. Hobby
Lobby also has a good selection of 1” webbing.
In preparation for class, please cut out all pieces of fabric. Complete Interfacing &
Prep – Step 1 & 2.

Supplies for class –

• Sewing Machine – extra bobbins and machine needles Pins
• Wonder Clips – needed for vinyl because you can’t pin vinyl
• Scissors
• Pattern says Seam Roller – don’t worry about that – used in pressing seams open on
• vinyl. I will bring mine.
